Our Story
I'm Adil, and Carpaccio is my family's passion project. This isn't a restaurant in the traditional sense. It's our home, our garden, and our way of sharing what we love most: cooking with heart and hosting with genuine warmth.
My wife and I do all the cooking ourselves, using ingredients from our own farm and trusted local suppliers and fisheries. We've created recipes you won't find anywhere else in the Maldives. This is high-end dining without the corporate resort feel, a truly unique experience where every detail is personal.
Over the years, we've had the privilege of serving presidents and high-ranking government officials, but our table is open to everyone. Whether you're a local resident or a tourist visiting the Maldives, you're equally welcome here. Every guest receives the same care and attention.
